PROCESS FOR ONLINE FEE PAYMENT

Step 1 : Connect to the Internet

Step 2 : Open internet browser latest version of ( Firefox, Google Chrome)

Step 3 : Type https://www.apsdigicamps.com in the address bar click on LOGIN option

Step 4 : Select/Click STUDENTmodule

Step 5 : Enter following details under STUDENT header

(i) User Name= Enter students admission number . (Example: 12345)

(ii) Password= password(first time password is password only, in lower case later on you can change)

(iii) Date of Birth =As per school record

(iii) SCHOOL =Select ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, SAUGOR from the drop down list

(iv)Enter Captch image (i.e. Re-enter the textshown in the box below)

(v)Click Loginbutton

Step 6 : Click Feeoption from the Dashboard

Step 7 : Select the period to pay fees upto and click on show button and check the total amount to be paid and click Proceed For Online Payment

Step 8: atOm is the default payment gateway, click Pay Nowto proceed


Step 9: Select any mode of payment ( Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Wallet ) from options

Step 10: Click on Pay Nowbutton it will take few minutes and will ask for the OTP enter the OTP Received on your registered mobile number with the bank and click SUBMIT button.

Step 11: On successful transaction browser will redirected you back to APSDIGICAMPwebsite for printing provisional receipt.


Step 12:Click Online Payments / Receipts DETAIL to View/Print fee receipt.

NOTE: Please do not make the payment again if the amount has been deducted from your bank account with message FAILED Transaction and contact on the school number and report for the same within 24 hours along with the copy of the bank statement it will be resolved by school within 48 hours.

NOTE: If transaction fails then please don’t try to do it again. Try it after 24 Hours only and if your transaction is failing continuously for three days then also report the same to the school. And in case if you required any help regarding fees payment you may contact to school any time on all working days.

Without Late Fees:

Fees will be collected from 1 st to 10 th of first month of the quarter

April - April to June

July - July to September

October - October to December

January - January to March

With Late Fees:

Fees will be collected throughout the academic session.

1. Late Fees. If fees are not paid by due date i.e. the 10 th of the first month of the quarter then the late fee will be charged as under: -

(a) Upto 20th of the current month - Rs 100/-

(b) Upto 1 month - Rs 200/-

(c) Upto 2 months - Rs 400/-

(d) Upto 3 months - Rs 750/-

2. If fees and fine are not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls and the student have to take re admission after it.
